South Indian languages

After so long time.... so I'm here in this way right now....

I'm really getting trouble with these different languages. The truth is, English language is judged all the time by everyone as well... But, for our Indian languages, especially for South Indian languages, we need to work hard and pay attention to improve our languages by constantly practising it and repeatedly taking care of all those areas where we are weak. But is there any best way to do so? Right now, I'm talking about Tamil language. So, today I bought a book to learn Tamil through Telugu in 30 days, so that, I may can improve my Tamil language gradually! I hope so... let me see... I didn't find any other way to do so... :)

Because, in few days, I'll be going to work with Tamil people and I don't know, whether I can manage with them or not! Actually the thing is, it's too tough to pronounce the words in Tamil than Malayalam, I felt so in this way and don't know how far it's true...

And offcourse I can learn Tamil as quickly as possible... hope so!!

Dec 4 my lovely day

This time, my birthday celebration had gone so smooth, no party and no celebration. Just enjoyed the wishes from my parents and from my friends. The thing which made me happy was that, everyone wished me for my birthday whom I have known since my childhood, that's enough for me. Actually, I didn't expect the calls. I was really happy yesterday for being with my dad for the day long. I loved the day yesterday.

One thing I could say that, **home***sweet***home**

The greetings I got through orkut.....

And one poem I received from one of my friend indicating my father is wishing my birthday....

Dear Prathi...

..A daughter is always a darling...
A daughter brings much happiness
u r a joy for me from the start
Watching as u grow
Reaches deep within my heart...

Prathi ur so caring and giving
A real joy to behold
Watching u as years pass
ur tiny tat dance with ur small legs...
made me guess that ur talents unfolded...

seeing u r talents unfolded day by day...
i wish n hope that i can say to the world some day//
proudly....see that dancing damcel is "My Daughter"

the times ur not at home...
u leave memories and contentment
Throughout these years
And these memories quite often
Will bring me...happy tears...
happy birthday dear....u r my small n sweet darling daughter...

And one more poem received from one of my friend....

dis is a special gift from dis poet..
On your 18th birthday you are given a key
To a whole new world to explore and see
With many decisions for you to make
That effect the future path you take
But i am sure, that in your heart
You know exactly where to start
So for the moment just have some fun
And celebrate with everyone
For your 18th birthday you must enjoy....

Nipping and tucking

Day in and day out we keep reading about various cosmetic treatments available in the market wonder as to how many are indeed worthwhile. Does it really matter to see a doctor for excess fat removal, face restructuring, scar revisions, hair transplants?

Article: Cosmetic surgery involves trained surgeons in the field to do an elaborate check on various aspects of your body and skin type before operating. Like any other surgery one has to take medicines for post operative care, without facing any side effects. Shunning all misconceptions, Dr. Anjali Saple, consultant plastic surgeon and cosmetic surgeon at Seven Hills Hospital, speaks to us about some of the treatments offered at the hospital.

Botox and Fillers are face lift procedures for people who have extensive laugh lines, crow's feet and fine wrinkles. The procedures are recommended for people up to 50 yrs of age. One need not to get hospitalized for this procedure and can get home by the same day. This is the only procedure where one needs to come back for repetition every six months.

Rhinoplasty or nose job as it is commonly known, is a one time surgery, costing anything between twenty to thirty five thousand depending on the area of work. Blepharoplasty is yet another face surgery to make sagging eyelids firm. This procedure could cost ten to twelve thousand.

Liposuction is an excess fat removal process and takes about one and half hour for completion. After thorough examination of the patient, the doctor can decide whether the process is required or not. For those unaware, this is not a weight reduction process but a body contouring process.

Weight loss after pregnancy is achievable around the entire body except the abdomen. For such ladies, cosmetic surgery offers Abdominoplasty or Tummy tuck. A long procedure taking almost four hours, it also requires one to stay in hospital for two days depending on recovery time. Costing anything from thirty to thirty five thousand, the surgery is recommended for ladies who have completed their family.

Breast augmentation and reduction are common surgeries performed at the hospital. the augmentation surgery is performed through an inconspicuous incision which leaves no scar on the breast. The implants used are of the best quality. Breast reduction done by a new technique wherein the nipple sensation is not altered and there is also no effect lactation. Extremely safe, these procedures cause no harmful effects.

Hormonal imbalance causes men to go bald around the centre of the head leaving hair on the sides. a hair transplant centre of the head leaving hair on the sides. A hair transplant procesure is recommended for the same wherein the hair from the back and sides is transplanted on tho the bals area. A time consuming process, one needs to keep seven to eight hours in hand for the completion of the same.

Other facial reconstructive surgeries offered at the hospital are mole removal, ear lobe repair and scar revision. With proper medication and post operative care one can be up and about on their feet, back to work, within four to five days.

Comparable to any minor surgery like appendix removal, cosmetic surgery today has become a harmless yet effective way of getting 'in shape'. With Dr.Anjali Saple's expertise one needn't go abroad anymore for cosmetic surgery. Trained in Mumbai, she has been in Vizag for seven years now. She travels abroad for honing her skills further and has been to US for a month long training and Brazil for a three weeks' training in the last year.

interviews of stars infront of camera

I'm being getting interested in lakshmi's talk show...I was thrilled about the questions she asked for ram gopal varma. And my personal view about this show is lakshmi manchu has a brilliant way in asking questions, this is the highlight of this lakshmi's talk show.

Generally, I'm interested to watch the interviews of stars in bollywood and kollywood. I guess, most of them will lie in the interviews and thats true. They will have the talent to cover up the questions infront of the camera.Their answers must be in a good intelligent way. Today I saw the interview of Ram gopal varma in lakshmi's talk show. I can't appreciate Ram gopal varma for the answers he gave to lakshmi, but I can appreciate her for the questions, frankly asking questions. We couldn't say it as a reasonable questions, because sometimes it may effect the personal attitude of a person. Especially to the stars, its not a small thing to answer every question regarding their personal matters.
and I too don't suppose, we should tell everything to them regarding our personal matters....

Well,
In my opinion, film industry is a public view, totally a public.....public.... everything is open... so, main thing is media gives publicity for either right or wrong.... I won't say anything about this media, because I'm scared...Frankly saying, (Media is true, everyone should believe
them) this is only for media...thanks for covering the day to day news...

This post i'm not writing for presenting Ram gopal varma's words but for, to say how horrible person he is, only I could say this when i listened his words...But I like some of his films like rangeela and so and so. As far as i've known about the personal attitudes of a person, I could only say that, I've never seen this kind of mentality and this kind of attitude. Everybody will have some opinions about some... i mean...hhh... any particular thing which we come across in our lives like friendship, love, marriage or something like any relationship...right? Yes, definitely we will have some views or some opinions on them, may be it would be in optimistic or in pessimistic way, it doesn't matter...But it seemed he doesn't have any exact opinions for these relationships through his words. Really it seemed like a total confused person only knowing about cinema,
cinema, cinema... As far as I know, especially a director should know about the relationships to make a film regarding love stories or family type stories or action type stories or horror films... yes... till now i've known only upto this. But to make a film, no need to know about relationships, human psychology is enough to start writing a script or to start making a film... yes.

Ram gopal varma is a person who knows human psychology very well..... I came to know from his words that, he doesn't want result from the audience...People are different with different mentalities with different sense... So he doesn't need a particular result from these audience. He knows the peoples mentalities regarding horror... Most of the people may like horror films too.... So definitely they will enjoy those films which are taken by Ram gopal varma... So most of his movies must be in horror kind films...

Its great apart from you sir...

And the last thing she asked to him was that, why does he like only marati girls? I don't remember the exact answer he gave but at last in his words, I heard that women's sexuality comes from women's personality.
Hey guys.... dont link this sentence to marati girls and him....

And.... my words about Ram gopal varma is...He is a great, dynamic and especially a daring director to our Indian film industry..... His most of the films were so daring.... he never think about the failures he faced, success is behind him every second of his life...

I liked this attitude of Ram gopal varma...And I become a fan of lakshmi's talk show of lakshmi manchu for her daring way of asking questions in a typical way....

Anyway, interesting matters can be seen in this film industry.... People are very crazy about the news from this industry.... Everything is in stylish.... :)
I love it... I love it.... I love it..... as an actress.....

I love you Prince and Duke

True and trustful, never doubting,
is my young and handsome brother,
always jolly,
full of fun,
Bright eyes gleaming, like the sun -
Never see him blue or pouting
From the day's break to to this day end...

Often we go out together,
for a ramble far and wide,
catch the breezes.
fresh and strong,
along the road,
swept along,

For we never mind the weather,
when we are side by side.

But my brother is sometimes quiet,
and we have caught his clear black eyes,
gazing at us,
mute, appealing,
yet concealing,
yes yes, he'd like to talk !! well, try it...
"bow, wow, wow", and that's his cry ! my darling... I love you....

It's our PRINCE.

my Prince

How can dog make you smile?
- My duke makes us to smile...
my puffy cute dog with puppy eyes.

How can a dog make you think of life, and other lives,
how can a dog make you realize...
- my duke reminds us everything,
we are always there for him...

How can a dog with puppy eyes,
looking at you trying not to cry?
How can a dog with puppy eyes smiling..?
- My duke will...... my darling!! I love you soo much....

floods havoc down south

It's the national highway 7, which connects Banglore and Hyderabad, has totally vanished under the swollen Krishna in Mahabubnagar district.

Destruction has been causing all over the south in a large scale, and it could cause heavy loss to agricultural fields and to commercial crops. The rising floodwaters marooned the people on to the top of the houses. This year we have floods with more intensity. Through out the year our state had scarcity of water especially in villages, lot of people died due to scarcity of water, but now due to more intensity of water people are being dying.

Government is doing their trials to help the people, by placing motor boats and helicopters to shift the people from villages to any relief camps, and by serving them food sachets and huge quantities of milk packets and biscuits.

I just stayed at home tuning channels, watching TV for long time since two days.. and visakhapatnam is safe as it is hill area... can enjoy the water in the beach and the cool climate and the continuous rain...

Let us pray for the people who are suffering a lot due to these floods....

Jaisalmer, Rajasthan

Temparature was above 50 degrees centigrade, terrifying hot. Only I could say that it is not preferable to live there. Days are too long and nights are too short. Sun rises at 6.00 am and sets at 7.30 pm. But the light remains till 8.20 pm. The days were hardest. It seemed like different planet. Unexpected cyclone of sand, unexpected rains and unexpected change in climate won't allow the people to live stable. Those are desert areas. It is like whole place is broiling and impossible to get enter into the city during the day time untill after dark then. Due to unbearable hot, heat has blown away the air-conditioners in so many rooms in the restaurant. To make the days too worse, air-conditioners wont work properly. Ah! I didn't tell about the place which I'm talking about...it's Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, the historical place in India.

Jaisalmer, land of Rajputs, once a sleepy desert city, now it has transformed itself into a major tourist destination of India. Thar desert, Jaisalmer city commands premiere position among the tourist attractions scatterd all over the desert land of Rajasthan. The Jaisalmer city is revered by both Indians as well as foreign tourists. The most attraction areas of Jaisalmer are Jaisalmer fort, Havelis, Gadsisar lake, Jain temples... I have visited each and every attractive places in Jaisalmer including those places which I have mentioned right now. It was nice and great to visit Patwa Haveli, I passed my own comment on Patwa Haveli in a note book in a palace in that Haveli.

The people in Rajasthan speaks rajasthani, Hindi as well as Urdu. And Jaisalmer is close to Indo-Pak border.

Let me explain you something about Havelis of Jaisalmer which I have gathered information from the guide...

Actually Haveli is places, which served as the residence of ministers and landlords. They call them as Waziris. Usually they are very big and have lots of rooms and open space. Those Havelis were ruled by three owners. They were Nathmal ji ki Haveli, Patwon ji ki Haveli and Salim ji ki Haveli. And Patwon ji ki Haveli is actually the collection of 5 small Havelis. And the different Havelis are famous for different things. Every Haveli has their own greater significance.

According to geographical conditions, it rains little only during the monsoons. In Summer, the direct sun rays on the people are very dangerous. And in Winter, the temperature is around 25 degrees centigrade and nights are chilly and average night temperature is around 7 to 8 degrees centigrade. Neverthless, there are instances when the temperature has dipped to as low as 2-3 degrees centigrade.

And about shopping in Jaisalmer... I felt, my Jaisalmer trip would be incomplete if I don't purchase anything like Jaisalmer goods. A number of traditional Rajasthani handicrafts are available in Jaisalmer. It is famous for embroidery, Rajasthani mirror work, rugs, blankets etc... I bought four dress materials which are totally handicrafted for my sisters and for me..and three mufflurs for each one of us and one total embroidery saree.

And I have visited museum, captured some photographs there. It was nice to see the instruments used in the war. I could gather the names of some instruments which named... Arrow head, Lance butt, Anukush good, Boyonet (It will attach to pistol, 18th, 19th century), Baag Camel rein (actually to tie for the camel neck), Gun powder flask, Small pistol ( Its too tiny one... equal to our fist), small shield and spear, bow and arrow, Soldiers Helmet, Dagger with shield, Gurkha sword with sheath, Boyonet etc....

And also visited some statues, like lady writing love letter, Bathing lady, Devoted dancer, Dancer sending message through parrot, Emotional mother, Radha concentrated to Krishna, Mirror viewing lady, Lord Rama , Bally dancer etc...

And one more thing I could appreciate about Rajasthan that, it is still being ruling by the Kings and I'm not aware about the politics playing in that state. But the great thing is, it is ruling by Kings. The present King is Brijraj Singh. All constructions were like palaces, and these are the palaces where the Kings and their families used to live in the ancient times. They never dismantle it, now they are hotels and restaurants. Everything looks very clean and rezerved in Jaisalmeer, as shown in Old Indian movies, and like the days of Sri Krishna Devaraya period.

Recently, I have seen one Hindi film named Nanhe Jaisalmeer. We can see the places, deserts of Jaisalmer in that film.

hooh!! thats the thing... anyway it was my memorable experience in Rajasthan... :)
In my next post i'll introduce my cute dogs... Prince and Duke.

we have the rights to love anyone only if we keep our promises

Again I have not been able to update my blog from few days. But there was no particular reason for not updating in a while.

Today let me tell you a small incompleted love story....

It was a rainy season, the wind was blowing heavily. She was coming from a shop by finishing her shopping. Her face was covered with her hair because of continous blow of wind. He was not able to see her face for a moment. By the time he was trying to reach her, he fell into a drainage and asked for help. She was behind the drainage and gave him hand and pulled him out. The first touch of her hand...the holding of her hand really made him go crazy. He fell in love with her....I mean...love at first sight... He was totally dipped in the drainage water, as his face was totally covered by dirt water, she was not able to recognize his face. After helping him, she went away... But her soft touching of her hand disturbed his mind and was willing to see her again...Days had been passing over, but she did not appear to him... But the thoughts of her were roaming around his mind and was waiting for her hopefully...

One day, he and his mom had to go to meet his mom's friend in Ananthapuram, it's a hill station area. They were going by car. It was raining heavily. Suddenly the tyre got punctured. He got down from the car to change the tyre. While he was changing the tyre, a car passed him splitting dirt water on his face, again his face was totally covered by black dirt water...but he didn't bother. Another car was passing him, he saw the girl in that car and didn't believe his nerves. He tried to call her, she gave a look at him from the car and laughed at him by seeing his joker face covered with black dirt water. Even this time also, she was unable to recognize his face...

The story was going on like that...

But the twist was that, she was the daughter of his mom's friend. He felt he was very lucky....He loved her more than anything in the world..He was even ready to sacrifice his life for her..He loved her a lot. When he was trying to propose her, eventhough she was ready to accept his love, she was hesitated to say yes because she was already engaged with some other guy... by hearing this, he was mentally disturbed.

What will happen next? I don't want to say the rest of the story...because writing won't get you the right feeling, as I felt. This was a telugu movie named 'Vaana' which I've watched in this morning. The climax of this movie really made me to cry. I liked the climax very well. I'm feeling bad for not seeing this movie till now....

Watch the climax of this movie...but sorry for not getting the original print of this clipping...its a telugu movie...I know all cannot understand this language...but as soon as possible I'll write each diologue of this clipping.....

I would like to say few words about love....

Love...it would be a great treasurable experience....we should respect love...don't try to crash it, don't try to spoil it. Please don't cheat anyone and don't be cheated by anyone.... We should try to keep up our words if we make promises.... If you don't have time to love, please don't love anyone, enjoy your individual life happily without making promises... Because it is a union between two hearts, and don't let it end till the death.....

Life is short....
They say it takes a minute
to find a special person,
an hour to appreciate them,
a day to love them,
but then an entire life to forget them........

Tell me some of your opinions about..... "To love someone is a not a great thing, but in some situations, sacrificing that love is a great thing" how far this sentence is true....
let me know some different opinions from different people......

nice day

It's great feeling when the climate supports me to refresh my mind. I can sense the coolness going into my heart. But I know, it suddenly will split up. :p

When I was small, I thought that all are good in this world. But it's not true... sometimes some unexpected are good and sometimes some expected are not good. I hope to go in a good working order. So I don't worry about what it might be or what will happen and when it will happen, just to enjoy it when it does.

When I was studying in my school, in every parents meeting, the teachers were used to say, be like her by pointing me. My mom and dad were very proud of me and in the same way they were wondered, coz' at home I was very silly girl, at the same time, at school I was very calm and silent. I used to maintain only less friends with more trustable, in the theory like, less luggage is more comfortable.... so, less friends are more trustable. And my friends were also liking to make friendship with me. And my communication with those friends are still going on good. So sweet of them!

Wow! the climate is very cool.... feeling very pleasant...
I'm feeling like, why don't this climate want to be cool forever like this....
I have only less time to spend infront of my system....

life of Pooja Chopra : Miss India

The words from Pooja Chopra : "The crown didn't come to me very easily. I had to struggle hard. That when I complained to God for not being helpful.

Life has changed completely after winning the Miss India World 2009 title. I am feeling all the more thankful to God for his blessings. I feel that each and every moment of life has been planned and executed by him. Whenever I get a compliment, the first thing that comes my mind is to thank him. Every night before going to bed, I recall the wonderful moments in my life. I have had my share of struggle both in my personal and professional life. The crown didn't come to me very easily. I had to work hard for two years. And it was during this phase that I complained to him for not being helpful. However I didn't know that he wanted me to enjoy every bit of success after this struggle period gets over. There is no singular incident that makes me feel closer to him. In fact, there are a series of incidents. When I moved to Mumbai to chase my dreams, I struggled a lot. I had to stay all by myself - pay for accommodation, food, commuting and look for work as well. At times, I felt helpless. I asked him why he was giving me a tough time when all I wanted to do was to participate in the beauty contest in the since childhood. Why was not he supporting me? Astonishingly, things started falling into place. I was not too keen to participate in Femina Miss India because of the expenses involved. I thought it would be a double expenditure. However, a friend introduced me to designer from Pune, who agreed to sponser my entire wardrobe for Miss India East. I felt great, but since my budget didn't allow, I asked her to design only for the Miss India contest. But to my surprise, she said that she would design for both and that too free of cost. She said that she had a gut feeling that I would win. Again, a similar thing happened when I met gym - instructor. He owned four gyms in Pune. Though I was aware that I wouldn't be able to meet the expenses that he charged out of curiosity I went to him and enquired about his fee. Surprisingly, he had also the intuition that I would win. Everything was magical about those moments when I was preparing. Finally I won and everyone's gut feeling proved true. Before my victory, I felt responsible for my parents' split that happened 23 years ago when I was born. God planned all these events in my life. It's God's closeness to me that has made all this possible."

As told in interview to Priyanka Bhadani.......

I won't let anyone to take advantage of my kindness

Today I felt, others, I mean, those who are around me, tried to take advantage of my kindness. I tried to find balance between generosity and negativity. My kindness got me a few points with others. Let me see what will happen next... If I get taken advantage of my mood will certainly be spoiled and my faith may be questioned. No, I never let my thoughts go in this way. I'm the same as in the past and will be the same. I won't let anyone to take advantage of my kindness anymore.... sure....

a small moral story

A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.

He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He then asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous “Yes.”

“Now,” said the professor, “I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The rocks are the important things - your family, your partner, your health, your children - things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter - like your job, your house, your car.

The sand is everything else. The small stuff.”

“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued “there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take your partner out dancing. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party and fix the disposal.

Take care of the rocks first - the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.”

struggles in modelling career

The main reason I'm writing about the movie Fashion, because I felt to express something about modelling career. Scenes in this movie , I mean, these incidents are happening in modelling career. It is fact. It is true. Handle success in this career is luck and God's gift. No relation is stable in this career. They have to forget about their relationships, every step seems a new success to them. There won't be a place for love, friendship or anything like that. They have to end up making relations. Sometimes it leads to lose their sanity and takes refuge to drugs and sometimes it leadsto become mad. Offcourse, it depends upon the mindset of a girl. Because this story was similar to the real life of Geetanjali.

Movie Fashion is a real glamour movie. Things shown are most similar to the the actual happenings. And the presentation and performance by the characters made the audience very happy. Story is based on, dream of becoming a model, not a model, super model. The role played by Meghana Mathur was extraordinary.

Priyanka Chopra plays Meghena Mathur who dreams of becoming a super model. Though her conscience does not allow, she beats her small town sensibilities to achieve her dream. She meets up a gay friend who connects her to fashion designer. In the process of her struggle, she meets her model friend played by Arjan Bawa. Priyanka moves in to his place, they end up making love and finally moving out of each other, because Priyanka spends more time with Arbaaz Khan, owner of the brand Panache, for which she is given a lucrative assignment. The Panache assignment which Priyanka gets is the one which was represented by Kangana Ranaut. She is terminated by Arbaaz Khan who puts his favorite Priyanka Chopra instead. He impregnates her and when Priyanka embarrasses Arbaaz in front of his wife, he pulls her down the modeling career. Meanwhile a drug addict Kangana Ranaut being thrown out of the modeling world, dives herself full into cocaine and drug abuse, and becomes mad. Priyanka too cannot handle her success and her termination from Panache, and takes refuge to drugs and spends night with a stranger. She is about to lose her sanity when she sees Kangana Ranaut, in the news and takes the responsibility of taking care of her. Atlast sonali Gujral (Kangana Ranaut) dies in the end of the story...

I need to get rid of it

Everytime I believe that time has to come for everything, but I came to know that, we have to create our own time. I must do something to step myself forward. I'm going crazy about the things happening around me, missing small enjoyments and even I'm not being able to concentrate on anything....it doesn't seem right to me...Oh! ghosh!! why it is happening to me... For some reason today, all I'm feeling like these days are horrible, suffering pain... For the first time I'm panicked about me.. I cannot feel happy unless I get that which I believe I need, and feeling like loosing my fortune in some way, especially today for some reason.. The pain I'm feeling is very real, very deep and private. I don't know whether my parents or my sisters or my friends are understanding the scope or the depth of the pain I'm carrying...often it's impossible for people around us to understand the scope....

I need to get rid of it.......

how do I handle things?

As concerned to my career, I'm experiencing minor and major life challenges. Only good reputation doesn't satisfy anyone. I guess I have to be stronger than before. Patience is must. I don't know, how I can handle the struggles on my own, based on my career. It's pressuring me from every side, threatening to crush me and break me. I'm panicked and seeking for new achievement. I'm struggling with my decision making and frankly saying I have been confused how to deal with people. The journey in decision making may be a difficult and lengthy one. I hope God will be with me. I want to leave everything to him. I think there might be some steps to deal with people; I may have to know about something like that...ah... To say, It's not been a smooth ride I'm experiencing.

Life is too precious and short to waste time. I guess, I'm in a not so hot situation, but have to try better than that! I could come out of it. My day hasn't come yet.

I really try to keep a good attitude....but this struggles getting me to be crushed.....
Ah...! But, this too will pass soon eventually....

nothing lasts forever

When I was reading 'nothing lasts forever' novel of Sidney Sheldon, I felt, I was watching a movie on the screen. Every scene was awesome in my mind. When I was going through the book, it had made me curious to know what the next text on the next page.

This novel was about three young lady doctors... Dr.Page Taylor, Dr.Kat Hunter, Dr.Honey Taft. This was the race of life and death decisions of the opreating room to the tension-packed fireworks of a murder trial.

Tragically, the death of Kat Hunter had broken my heart. She had been murdered when she she was pregnant. Even though she was a doctor she was helpless and was not saved by anyone. Role played by Dr.Page Taylor was fantastic.

I can honestly say, Sidney Sheldon was the best story teller. I love the writing style of him.

this will be my favourite forever

More than any other single artist, Britney Spears was the driving force behind the return of teen pop. I love the albums of Britney. I just wanna mention my favourite song of Britney including lyrics in my blog.....

I'm sitting here alone up in my room
And thinking about the times that we've been through
(oh my love) I'm looking at a picture in my hand
Trying my best to understand
I really want to know what we did wrong
with a love that felt so strong.....

If only you were here tonight
I know that we could make it right

I don't know how to live without your love
"I was born to make you happy"
Coz' you're the only one within my heart
"I was born to make you happy"
Always and forever you and me
That's the way our life should be
I don't know how to live without your love
"I was born to make you happy"

I know I've been fool since you've been gone
I'd better give it up and carry on (oh my love)
Coz' living in a dream of you and me
is not the way my life should be

I don't want to cry a tear for you
So forgive me if I do
If only you were here tonight
I know that we could make it right

I'd do anything
I'd give you my world
I'd wait forever,to be your girl
Just call out my name, and I'll be there
Just to show you how much I care.........

This song is my favourite and will be favourite forever... :D

finding neverland

I was impressed to the film 'Finding neverlands'. It was really heart touching, I can explain you in a cluttered way...

Well-known playwright James M.Barrie (Johny depp) finds his career at a crossroad when his latest play flops and doubters question his future. Then by chance he meets a widow (Kate winslet) and her four adventurous boys. Together they form a friendship that ignites the imagination needed to produce Barrie's greatest work!

Watch this trailer of 'Finding Neverlands'. Do you believe in fairies....!!!

Yes I do believe in fairies after watching this movie....
I too wanna see Neverlands.... :))

happiness is harvest, stress is weeds

Today I got up with the message "When people talk behind your back, what does it mean? Simple! It means you are two steps ahead of them!! So keep moving ahead in life! Good morning :)". This message was sent by one of my friend from Hyderabad.

Everytime my dad used to say " If you see it in your mind, you are going to hold it in your hand".
And yes, if you can think what you want in your mind, and make that dominant thought, you will bring it into your life. This was the encouragement I have been receiving from my mom and dad. I hope the days will come soon.

Everyday before going to bed, thinking and thinking, over thinking, no peaceful sleep, brooding and sulking. The days which I expect are not getting nearer. Things are going abnormal in a total disarray. And the every corner of my life is not going on so smoothly as I wanted to be. Days are passing simply with scorching heat in this summer.

I got a new theory to handle this pain....

If unless I'm careful about what goes into mind, bad ideas will drive out the good ideas, resulting in a lot of stress. Each one of us, at night, empties our pockets, and remove our jwelleries into an almirah or a drawer of the dresser. This process has inspired me to empty my mind before going to bed, into the waste basket because bad ideas which I collected today, won't be needed by me tomorrow. If we do not discard these unnecessary thoughts from our minds, those things are bound to poison our minds.

Happiness is harvest, stress is weeds.

Anyway the month April of this year is getting me in a total disrestful way.

my mind and my heart are best assets

I have told you briefly, that why do we have problems...yes, one third of our problems are there because we are alive, and another one third of our problems are created ourselves, and another one third of our problems exist because of ego and greedy....
So always try to think about good. Try to manufacture good thoughts. Then we can avoid stressful things in our lives. Problems create stress to human minds and cause to depression.

How the character of a person made?

Watch your thoughts, they become your words.
Watch your words, they become your actions.
Watch your actions, they become your habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.

We are manhood, don't cheat anyone and don't be cheated by anyone. If our thoughts are good and genious, automically the words we spell will be good, that leads to our behavior, and it become our good habits, at last our character would decided as good. So we are able to reduce stress by not creating problems.

A matchstick has a head, but it doesn't have a brain. Therefore whenever there is a little friction, it flares up immediately. The effects of this flaring up can be devastating; fire can engulf a whole lot of things and cause destruction. We have a lesson to learn from this tiny matchstick. All of us have heads. And unlike the matchstick, we have brains as well. Wisdom lies in not reacting on impulse- a habit of great importance when it comes to reducing stress.

My mind is ruled by my heart. My mind and my heart are best assets. I always keep busy with myself with something or the other because sitting idle at home without any works cause lot of stress. Brooding and sulking is very stressful. So getting involved, getting going, setting goals, getting tired, doing favourites surely kills the stress.

If we are aware of this, then we can able to ensure whatever is good for us. If we want happiness for a lfetime, we should learn to love what we do.

WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM

Today is my mom’s birthday. A birthday is the perfect time to celebrate with all the family members. These birthday greetings are wished most affectionately to her. Actually I would have been at Hyderabad this day, but as the dates were postponed we got the time to spend together. I hope she had a great birthday this time. Dad, mom and we three sisters are very glad; that we have gotten time to spent together and had a little party at home. We let our dad to plan everything on this day. Our pets too did enjoy a lot along with us; Prince and Rabi. (Our dog and rabbit).

I would like to say few words about parents.

Parents are like; they give so much to their children and expect nothing in return but it’s nice when they receive some recognition from their children.

A small poem for those who have not been understanding their parents very well:

When you feel like breaking down or crashing in,
who do you turn to, to forgive your sin?
When you cried your lonely tears,
who will be there to fight your fears?
And when it feels like no one would understand,
who was there to hold your hand?

There are people, whom you can’t replace,
they are the ones who gave you your face.
They will love you through thick and thin,
they show you the light from deep within.
And if by chance, you happen to die,
they will be the ones who really cry.

You see, my friends, there’s no one who can love you more,
than your very own parents, that’s for sure.
Always remember that this is true,
that wherever you go, your parents will be there for you.

This is to you dad and mom….

“It was awesome to have you both. You have been doing fantastic job since we opened our eyes by taking care of us and having personal look on us. You filled our life with the glow of your love and warmth of your care and joy of happiness by knowing that you will always be there. God has blessed us by allowing us to be your daughters. You both are the best and very special in our lives. You taught us everything. You know everything about what we are and us. And mom….! I have not spent without you even a single day. Thanks for always being there for me to take care of and to face obstacles in my profession. I can bet anyone proudly that you are the best caretaker of our family.

Sometimes you might have felt or might feel; that we may not always show our love to you, I know, too well, but it’s not true. We always love you dad and mom…. we’ll be always loving you.”

Once again many more happy returns of the day mom…

EXPERIENCE TO NAVAL DOCKYARD

I’ve not been able to update in a while. You see tragically, I have dipped from confusion to disarray of things happening in my field. I’m trying to cover the trodden-ground, still seeking a way out of the morass of my predicament and from some of the gloomy experiences. But sooner or later, I would come out of it, and then I can meet real challenges in life. I guess I should stop whining. And these gloomy experiences are not going to stop achieve my dreams.

In the meanwhile I have crossed a great experience by visiting Naval Dockyard in my place Visakhapatnam.

Wow! Such a great experience was that!!! No-one day can be too significant, but that day really made me feels proud to be an Indian. Though I’m staying in Visakhapatnam, I was not aware of Naval Dockyard in my place…. such a strange thing it is!!

First we stepped on to the DRYDOCKS and SLIPWAY department. All the repairs, installation of torpedoes, and maintenance of war ships take place in this department. It also has facilities to slip/un-slip vessels upto 600 tons. On the average, 5-8 ships are dry-docked and slipway.

This was the picture of submarine at dry dock. Water that seem to us will be sent out through a large hole. And then the repairs will takes place to submarines.

Indian submarine

Secondly we have stepped on to INS Jalashwa, country’s most modern war ship. Two hours is not even sufficient to visit the whole ship. It has a facility to land four helicopters at a time. After the Mumbai terror attack, all the vulnerable places and establishments have come under strict security blanket. If war breaks out between India and Pakistan, Visakhapatnam is likely to be a prime target. According to these sources, the Indian Navy has moved six of its most powerful war ships. These include country’s most modern INS Jalashwa.

I have not really said much about this dockyard. Because I have no time to update right now, I’m supposed to utilize the coming every second to be in my field.Anyhow this trip has made me happy, at least overcoming of unhappiness for one day.

RAGGING IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Parents proudly take the road to medical and engineering institutions for their children and find dignity in it. It's a dream project to them to get a professional college seat and for the girl / boy, a great achievement. They spend their entire energy to secure top level ranks to get through.

Unfortunately the present professional trend in the colleges has been disappointedly altered and the ragging has become a menace. The fresh entrants are subjected to get injured or hospitalised or disabled due to the ragging done by the senior students. Sexual and physical abuse has become rampant in the name of ragging leading to suicidal attempts. This has given ragging a criminal touch. There are incidents too of deaths by head injuries and other injuries.

Taking serious note of the alarming rise in the incidence the Supreme Court had to give directions to the educational institutions in order to take the stringent anti ragging measures like slapping criminal cases against the erring students and set rules to display the punishment list in their notice boards.

The theme of ragging in the medical and engineering institutions is difficult to be defined but said to be an interaction between the freshers and the senior students that initiates affinity and attention towards the institution where the duration of the course is longer.

The fresher tends to be hesitant and home sick and he primarily needs companionship to get accommodated to the new atmosphere and the senior will fulfill this. The senior students will guide the fresh ones making them aware of new things which they were not used to.......earlier when they were in their native villages. The freshers will shed off their backwardness in the association with the seniors. The campus is like a new world to the freshers which they have never known before and they are going to stay there together with their classmates and senior colleagues for pretty long years till the completion of the course .

The roll of the seniors is constructive shaping up the behavioral aspects in the juniors and also in extracting their extra curricular talents. The hidden talents are first identified during the ragging. All the singers, actors, players and athletes participating in the intercollegiate meets are brought into lime light by the seniors only.

There is a great transformation to the studenthood here in style like good dressing, walking and table manners. Behind all these there is influence of none but senior students. The seniors give books and materials. They give suggestions in library.

The tradition goes on like this.

But the changing trends in the ragging have reached a point that it should be curbed immediately and put fullstop to the tradition. Many changes in the society........ many changes in the mentalities.... Number of colleges have been increased thereby the number of seats. Merit was the measure then. Filling the seats is the criteria now. Ranks are not necessary.

Time passers are entering the colleges. Ego complexes and intolerances are ruling the campuses.....lot of change in the students' psychology. They are setting new tunes. The theme of ragging is changed and the shape has gone. It is disfigured. Envy and caste equations are also playing.

Now the ragging has become cancerous to any educational institutions. Though they are displaying the list of punishments in the notice boards the ragging is continuing. The cancer must be surgically removed. The remedy too should arise from the same place where the problem originated. Hence the educational institutions only should act upon this.

This needs a great deal of commitment on the part of the institutions. They will have to identify the ragging gangs and send them out of the colleges. The institutions should not compromise with the income and the influence from the ragging gangs. The management of the colleges must lay their hawk eyes and eliminate the raggers permanently from the institutions. They must form a regular machinery in the colleges for this task. When the computer gets virus we scan and eliminate the virus.

MOVIES THE MENACE : ALWAYS IN THE VOLVOS

I'm a frequent overnight traveller in Volvo buses to Hyderabad from Visakhapatnam. This always throws into a hell of head-splitting experience to me - Thanks to the entertainment themes of the Volvo bus services.
Their choicest loud and ear piercing sounds untill the late in the nights brings the feeling of taking us to the guillotine. We choose night travelling hoping of relaxing journeys. On the contrary, they never turn off the DVD despite our pleas for the same. The speaker output is of third rate quality and one cannot escape. They never consider even to decrease the volume.
We have no choice but to follow the movie in the DVD. Those senseless violent scenes and semi-clothed dance sequences are ready to amuse us.
The care taker of the Volvo promptly switches of the lights soon the bus starts, as if he is waiting for the oppurtunity and starts playing the DVD. Then starts the torture. This goes till the date changes.
We are never allowed to sleep peacefully and no maintenance of silence. Who asked for this kind of entertainment during sleeping hours!!??
